Introducing our Times Higher Education Leadership & Management Awards charity partner for 2017

Education Support Partnership is the only charity dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the entire education workforce. Established 140 years ago as a benevolent fund for teachers, we understand the unique pressures of working in education.

We champion the health and wellbeing of all education staff because that’s how our sector will thrive. We recognise those working in education as people as well as professionals, and we offer a range of support services to help them both in and outside work, including our free 24/7 helpline, financial grants and programmes to help organisations improve their staff wellbeing.

Each year, our helpline receives thousands of calls from staff in higher education who are at breaking point. Many find that work pressures are causing or exacerbating mental health issues, with counsellors reporting a particular increase in calls relating to depression and anxiety.

You can help us be there. Encourage your colleagues to call our helpline on 08000 562 561 – it’s completely confidential and available 24/7.
